We brought our twins here for their first dental visits and it was a great experience. The office is clean and very kid friendly. The staff were all very friendly and very engaging with the kids. The dentists was really great. Both kids were relaxed and had a good experience at their first visit. They also have Sunday appointments which is a big plus!
The dentist and hygienist are great. They were very gentle and explained each step of the oral exam. The suite is new and modern. My daughter was happy with her visit and enjoyed the television in the exam room along with Mario game in the waiting area. I would definitely recommmend to friends and family!
We switched to this office after a few bad experiences with another pediatric dentist. Dr Stern is wonderful. We'd highly recommend him & his staff. They are very thorough, kind and helpful. We are so happy we made the switch. Our kids (6 & 4) love going to the dentist now!
This was our second visit to Dr. Rod's office and it was as great an experience as the first time. Erin, Dr. Rod's dental hygienist, is very hands on. She was really thorough with the cleaning, without making my son feel uncomfortable, or putting him through distress. Dr. Rod is also very friendly and professional, with a great bedside manner. I am extremely happy that I found this dental practice so close to home. I myself work in the dental field (for an orthodontist on the upper westside of Manhattan), and knowing first hand what good quality dental care is, I must state that Dr. Rod's office is right up there with the best of the best.
